Shipping Policy
For the time being we are only shipping within Australia only.
PROCESSING YOUR ORDER
An e-mail confirmation is sent to your e-mail address after placing your order. Please keep this e-mail as proof of your purchase.
Deliveries are between Monday and Friday.
TRACKING ORDERS
All orders delivered within Australia automatically have tracking. A second email will be sent to you with all the tracking details, for any assistance with tracking please contact us using this email john@diyhotsauce.com.au
DELIVERY TIMES
Orders are usually dispatched within 1 - 2 business days – We endeavour to get your order to you ASAP. Once your order has been dispatched, delivery time will be subject to the delivery service selected but depending on location it is 2-10 days.
IMPORTANT: Please check that all items received are what you have ordered.
If you have received an incorrect item. DO NOT OPEN IT. We will not accept any returns or provide refunds of items that have been opened, tampered with, or not in their original condition. If you receive a damaged item please contact us right away and do not throw it away as we will require proof that the item has been damaged (for example: images e-mailed to us of the damaged item.
PRICES AND PAYMENT
As the box is slightly over the kilo mark, it cost us anywhere between $14.80 to $22.95 to ship it to you, depending on which state you live in and how far away from the main cities you are located, even though we only charge you $12.95 per package.
INCORRECT ADDRESS or DELIVERY ISSUES
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
