My name is John, I am the creator of this DIY Hot Sauce kit. For close to 100 years (three generations) my family has made hot sauce by hand.
No cookbooks. No written recipes. Just my mum, my grandmother, and a kitchen that always smelled of roasting chillies and something simmering on the stove.
I grew up with it in my blood. Now I’d love you to experience it with your family as well.
